Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package.

Orders usually ship within 24-72 business hours, but can take up to 5 business days to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders shipped within the United States are shipped via USPS, FedEx and UPS.

What do you charge for Shipping?

Orders over $75.00 shipped before taxes within the United States qualify for FREE Standard Shipping. 

Once I've placed my order, how long will it take to arrive?

Orders with Standard shipping are typically shipped within 3 business days, but can take up to 5 business days to processed. Processing time is not included in shipping times. All delivery dates are estimated. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking link. Tracking will be available approximately 24 hours after your order is shipped out. If you have any questions about the tracking of your order please contact our Customer Care Team by via email help.sarosecouture@outlook.com.

 

What happens if my package is unclaimed or refused?

If your package cannot be delivered or is unclaimed or refused, you are responsible for the all original and any return shipping charges. The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise store credit refund.

When can I expect to get my package during this epidemic? 
Due to the impact of Covid-19 international orders are expected to see major delays, as USPS is taking extra caution to prevent the spread. We cannot guarantee an estimated delivery time as different regions may vary.

Canadian orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS, depending on service location. If you would like to request a specific carrier to deliver your order, please contact our Customer Care Team at help.sarosecouture@outlook.com.

Once I've placed my order, how long will it take to arrive?
Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days, and Standard International  Shipping orders typically arrive within 8 to 14 business days. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package progress and obtain a scheduled delivery date.

 Will there be additional duties and taxes on my order once it is delivered?
Unfortunately, we are not in control of the tariffs and duties imposed on your order. Duties and taxes will likely be charged on the items you order. If duties and taxes are placed on your package by customs officials, the fees will be your responsibility.

 What happens if my package is unclaimed or refused?
If your package cannot be delivered or is unclaimed or refused, you are responsible for the following:
• Original and return shipping charges
• Duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.
The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
